Cooked as a whole beast on an Argentinian asado Cross over the embers of timber from the woodlands within the Gorge, with nothing but smoke and salt to enhance the flavours of this wonderful locally sourced meat... Due to cooking these animals whole our boxes will contain a mixture of different cuts, some of which will be served medium rare.

Adam Purnell - Shropshire Lad with a passion for cooking, fishing, and this beautiful county full of amazing ingredients and produce. Adam is a self-taught home cook who has never set foot in a professional kitchen, but creates innovative, inspiring dishes that are exciting and accessible.
