Cooked as a whole beast on an Argentinian asado Cross over the embers of timber from the woodlands within the Gorge, with nothing but smoke and salt to enhance the flavours of this wonderful locally sourced meat... Due to cooking these animals whole our boxes will contain a mixture of different cuts, some of which will be served medium rare.

We confirm we have complied with the government’s guidance on managing the risk of COVID-19

What you can expect –food orders will be taken with advanced booking only, you must not arrive before you allocated collection time and you must show proof of your booking on arrival there will be event staff onsite to serve the take away meals- we ask that once collected customer take the food to enjoy at home.

No-one should come to collect food if they, or someone they live with, has symptoms of COVID -19 currently recognised as any of the following:

A high temperature
A new, continuous cough
A loss of, or change to, their sense of smell or taste

 

 The contact details you give at the time of booking will be kept for 21 days from the event you attend as part of the NHS Test and Trace programme.

We have carried out a COVID-19 risk assessment and shared the results with the people who are working on our events.

We have cleaning, handwashing and hygiene procedures in line with guidance.

We have taken all reasonable steps to maintain a 2m distance for our staff & where we cannot be 2m apart, we have done everything practical to manage transmission risk.

Ironbridge has been my stomping ground since I was a kid, and I'm incredibly passionate about the area and our incredible local produce, so this one is right up my street and I can't wait to get stuck in!'
