We confirm we have complied with the government’s guidance on managing the risk of COVID-19
What you can expect
We have reduced our maximum audience capacity to help you to maintain social distance at our events.
You will only be able to make a booking for a group of 6 people maximum – Your Booking Group.
If you are from more than 2 households you must make a separate booking.
No-one should come to the event if they, or someone they live with, has symptoms of COVID -19 currently recognised as any of the following:
- A high temperature
A new, continuous cough
A loss of, or change to, their sense of smell or taste
Whilst at our events you must at all times maintain social distance from others at the event who are not part of your household.
You should avoid social interaction with anyone outside of your Booking Group, even if you see other people you know.
You must not form larger groups with others who have made separate bookings or swap and mingle between groups.
Following government guidelines you may form separate Booking Groups for different events.
The contact details you give at the time of booking will be kept for 21 days from the event you attend as part of the NHS Test and Trace programme.
We have carried out a COVID-19 risk assessment and shared the results with the people who are working on our events.
We have cleaning, handwashing and hygiene procedures in line with guidance.
We have taken all reasonable steps to maintain a 2m distance for our staff & where we cannot be 2m apart, we have done everything practical to manage transmission risk.
