North London-based group Black Doldrums deal in a dark, shoegazing psych that melds gothic post-punk with a leather-clad rock’n’roll spirit. They have attracted praise from the likes of Clash Magazine, New Noise Magazine, Louder Than War, Shindig and more.
Birmingham-based Fallen Horse draw on genres ranging from Americana to Scandi-noire. Their lyrical and musical influences flow from Patti Smith, Nick Cave, Tori Amos incorporating folk based artists such as Michael Chapman and Smoke Fairies.
