Orchard Live presents...
With a career spanning over five decades, Tom is still a tour de force in music, winning the admiration of critics for his live performances and a career that has seen him record over 40 albums! In that time, he has amassed more than 100 million record sales, scored 36 UK top 40 hits and to make him a true national treasure, he was knighted for his services to music in 2006.
This glorious summer’s evening performance in the splendid surroundings of the QEII Arena at Telford Town Park, from one of the most iconic voices in music, is the perfect ticket for a family day out, with a scrumptious selection of food and drinks also on offer.
A message from Sir Tom Jones 7 May 2020
I am really sorry to have to inform you that my shows scheduled for this Summer have had to be postponed until next year. As you most likely are aware, public performances are sadly not going forward as normal for just about everyone who works in music and entertainment.
My team have been monitoring the UK government advice on organised gatherings and I now need to take this action to ensure the protection of fans, my crew and everyone who works in support of the shows. It is also important to help ease the pressure on those working on the front line to fight this virus.
You all know how much I love performing but everybody’s safety must come first.
Behind the scenes we’ve been working with local promoters to re-schedule all the shows from this summer as closely as possible. To make it easy, all tickets already purchased for this year will remain valid for the re-scheduled shows in 2021. A full list of all re-scheduled dates can be found on my website.
In the meantime, please stay home, stay safe and I look forward to seeing you all soon.
The good news is the concert has been rescheduled to Friday 3 September 2021. All tickets remain valid and we look forward to seeing you there!
Where applicable, advertised ticket prices are inclusive of a venue levy, retained by the venue to maintain our programme of arts and entertainment.

Other ways we are ensuring your safety
• To assist with track and trace we will also be displaying QR code signage for you to check in at key entry points and around the site.
• To ensure your safety, we will also be introducing additional hygiene protocols within the event site including freely available hand sanitiser points, more frequent cleaning of surfaces and touchpoints as well as additional cleaning of toilets and hand washing stations in the vicinity of the toilet blocks. We have also altered the design of the site, so the movement and flow of people are greatly improved as well as entry and egress protocols.
• The good news is this is an outdoor event, and it is proven that transmission is significantly reduced in outdoor settings.
• In addition to those mitigations above, we are also putting in place stringent Covid Rules for all our staff, crew, and vendors on site.
• Whilst travelling to the event, if you are on public transport or in crowded areas you can help yourself and others by wearing a face covering.
• When queuing outside the venue please also consider wearing a face covering and give your fellow attendees plenty of space if it is possible to do so.
We are so happy that you will be able to come out and enjoy what promises to be a fantastic weekend with us. Please be patient, helpful and kind to your fellow festival goers, we are all in this together!
We hope that in putting in place these mitigations you can attend the event with full confidence you will be comfortable and safe.
We will continue to make updates as they occur, so please keep an eye on the www.ticketstelford.com website, as well as your emails and social media.
