Terms and conditions

1.1 If you cancel within three working days of your booked session you will not be entitled to a refund. Cancellations made outside of this will be issued with a refund however a £1 admin fee per cancelled session will be deducted from your refund amount.
1.2 By making a booking and payment you are accepting these terms and conditions.
1.3 Parent/Guardian must accompany all persons under 18.
1.4 All participants must be able to ride on two wheels (no stabilisers due to the nature of the route) or be in a trailer or ride on a tag-along.
1.5 All participants must bring their own bikes for the event, no bike hire will be available on the night.
1.6 Participants bikes must be in a usable condition with two working breaks. This is the responsibility of the user and no maintenance or repairs can be provided at the Bike Hub on the night of the event.
1.7 All bikes require lights as this event is in the dark.

Where to find us
The event takes place from Telford Bike Hub which is located next to the Telford Town Park Visitor Centre, opposite the Water Play area.
Parking: The closest car park is Dark Lane Car Park, it can be found by following postcode TF4 3NZ. Alternative parking is available at Southwater multi-storey car park TF3 4EJ. Charges apply.

Important Notes
• Instructors are fully qualified, first aid trained and DBS checked.
• Activities will begin and finish at the stated times, please arrive 10 minutes early to register.
• Please inform instructors of any medical needs upon arrival.
• The event will only be cancelled in severe weather and the team will try and provide as much notice as practically possible.
• Minimum numbers for all activities apply. Should requirements not be met, a full refund will be given or alternative offered and advance notice given.
