Come along and join in the fun with our instructors.
This is a disability friendly session we are running at Telford Bike Hub for anyone to join in. We have a range of adaptive bikes to cater for a mixture of abilities; standard bikes are also available. You do not have to do the full session, you can just drop in and out at any time.
Our instructors will be here to help set up the bikes and help with any issues regarding the bikes. Please note participants will need to bring the level of support they require.
Free carers bikes will also be available for any companions who wish to go around our cycling route with participants.
Free parking at Dark Lane carpark (Blue badge must be displayed).
Disabled toilet located in Visitors Centre and Exotic Zoo.
Closest Changing Place is located at the library (Approx. 5-minute walk).

Venue Levy
Where applicable, advertised ticket prices are inclusive of a venue levy, retained by the venue to maintain our programme of arts and entertainment.
Terms and conditions
1.1 If you need to cancel your booking this must be done at least three working days before your booked session date and time. Cancellations made outside of this timeframe will be not be entitled to a refund. All refunds have a £1 admin fee per cancelled session which will be deducted from your refund amount. Working days are Monday to Friday.
1.2 Once a session is booked it cannot be transferred to another day or time and the refund policy will apply.
1.3 Children can be left in the care of instructors but parents/carers must complete a consent form and provide a contact telephone number on arrival in case of emergencies or support needed. Parents/Carers are to arrive 10 minutes before the end of the session to collect their child/children.
1.4 By making a booking and payment you are accepting these terms and conditions.
Where to find us
Activities take place at Telford Bike Hub which is located next to the Town Park Visitor Centre, opposite the Water Play area.
Parking: The closest car park is Dark Lane Car Park, it can be found by following postcode TF4 3NZ. Alternative parking is available at Southwater multi-storey car park TF3 4EJ. Charges apply.
Important Notes
•Instructors are fully qualified, first aid trained and DBS checked.
•Activities will begin and finish at the stated times, please arrive 5/10 minutes early to register.
•Please inform instructors of any medical or behavioural needs upon arrival.
•If the trainee has asthma please make sure they have their inhaler with them.
•Sessions will only be cancelled in severe weather and the team will try to provide as much notice as practically possible.
•Minimum numbers for all activities apply. Should requirements not be met, a full refund will be given or alternative offered and advance notice given.
This group session is £10 per space, spaces are limited to twenty.
Sessions take place on Mondays (excluding bank holidays), 10am to midday.
